Bill Baxter is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Bsquare Corporation. He’s also a study in dualities. Just look at him and you’ll see someone who was probably always in the majority, yet, he was a minority and an outcast in all the places he grew up, for one reason or another. After high school, he decided between perusing either debate or welding. And through his career, his interest and temperament drove him towards being an exceptional coder as an individual contributor, but his talent and vision always moved him into management. He finally stopped fighting it, and started his own company.
