Paul Kagame, explains the struggle to bring peace and reconciliation to the nation. Introduced by University of Washington President Lee Huntsman, President Kagame speaks and then answers audience questions posed by Dr. Chris Elias of PATH. This special appearance was sponsored by the Glaser Progress Foundation and co-presented by the Marc Lindenberg Center for Humanitarian Action, International Development and Global Citizenship, which is part of the University of Washington Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs.
