Kidney Living Donor
Jolene McGill was the beneficiary of Dawn Pendlebury’s decision to donate a kidney. In this post-surgery video from the day that the women meet for the first time, McGill describes how her kidney function diminished, and Pendlebury tells what led her to donate an organ. Dr. Connie Davis, director of kidney and pancreas transplant programs at the University of Washington Medical Center, leads the discussion of the hospital’s Living Donor program.
