Collaborative Building: Innovation at the University of Washington
This program documents the collaborative building process to achieve a new research facility on the University of Washington, Seattle campus. The research building will provide lease space for the science community. This project exemplifies the Institute for Collaborative Building's mission to find more economical and efficient ways of designing, permitting, constructing and occupying buildings. Collaboration between the client and different design and contractor parties happens at the beginning of the process to maximize cost efficiencies.
